We aim to make returns and refunds smooth while ensuring fairness for both sides.

This document outlines our policies on warranty, returns, refunds, cancellations, and shipping to ensure fairness and clarity for every transaction.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Product received damaged
  • Product received incorrect
  • Product is defective (under warranty conditions)

 We do not offer no-questions-asked returns
(This is tools industry — not fashion, makes sense)


Return Window

  • Request must be raised within 5 days of delivery
  • After this → handled under warranty only


Return Conditions

To qualify:

  • Product must be in original condition & packaging
  • Must include all parts & accessories
  • Must provide proper proof (video/photo)

  Used, altered, or incomplete products may be rejected


Mandatory Proof

To process any claim, you must:

  • Record an unboxing video from start to finish
  • Show:
    • All 6 sides of the package
    • Opening process
    • Product condition

  Claims without valid proof may be rejected


Return Process

  2. Share:
  • Invoice
  • Video/photo proof
  • Issue details

      3. After approval → return instructions shared
      4. Ship product securely (as guided)

Warranty for Bosch Products

As an authorized Bosch dealer, JPT Tools liability is limited to selling genuine Bosch products.

All warranty-related services, claims, or repairs for Bosch products are handled exclusively by Bosch under their official warranty policy.

Once received:

  • Product is inspected
  • If approved → replacement or refund
  • If rejected → returned back at your cost
