Warranty, Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

At JPT Tools, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a transparent, reliable customer experience.

This document outlines our policies on warranty, returns, refunds, cancellations, and shipping to ensure fairness and clarity for every transaction.

Coverage

JPT Tools provides a warranty against manufacturing defects only, effective from the date of invoice.

1. The warranty covers motor-related defects or faults due to manufacturing or material issues.

2. Different models may carry different warranty durations as mentioned on their product pages.

3. Warranty services are provided directly by JPT Tools (for JPT-branded products only).

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

1. Accessories, attachments, or consumable parts (such as brushes, bits, batteries, or charger).

2. Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, transportation, accidents, or negligence.

3. Normal wear and tear, rusting, or cosmetic damage.

4.  Electrical surges, improper voltage, or incompatible power use.

5. Water, moisture, or heat damage.

Repair & Service Conditions

1. If the product is under warranty: Repair costs are free of charge. The customer will only need to bear the shipping cost for sending the product to our service center. Return shipping and repair expenses will be covered by JPT Tools.

2. If the product is out of warranty: The customer will bear all repair and shipping costs, including both sending and return shipping charges.

All repairs are subject to inspection and approval by the JPT Tools service team.

Claim Process

If you face an issue covered under warranty:

2. Provide your purchase invoice and a clear video or photo of the issue.

3. Our team will verify your claim and guide you through the next steps.

Warranty repair or replacement typically takes 10–14 business days, depending on part availability.

 

Warranty for Bosch Products

As an authorized Bosch dealer, JPT Tools liability is limited to selling genuine Bosch products.

All warranty-related services, claims, or repairs for Bosch products are handled exclusively by Bosch under their official warranty policy.

JPT Tools acts as a sales channel only and is not responsible for Bosch product warranty fulfillment.

 

Shipping Policy

Our shipping process is designed to deliver your products safely, quickly, and efficiently, with complete visibility and accountability.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (for pre-paid orders). The delivery time depends on your location and courier availability.

Delivery Time

1. Standard delivery: 4–7 business days within India.

2. Rural or remote areas may take longer.

3. Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once shipped.

Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged:

Record an unboxing video and contact Customer Care immediately. Claims without proper proof (video/photos) may not be accepted.

Important Note:- Start recording an unboxing video before opening the parcel, showing all six sides of the package. After opening, display all items, accessories, and any visible defects clearly in the video.

If the video does not follow these steps, the claim will not be accepted.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible and transparent cancellation options, allowing changes before dispatch and fair refunds for cancelled orders.

Pre-shipment

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch at no charge. Contact us via email, phone, or WhatsApp with your order details.

Post-shipment

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return after delivery.

If the order is a commercial one, the shipping charges for both sending and receiving will be deducted. All the details will be shared by our team through WhatsApp.

Company-initiated

If JPT Tools cancels an order (due to stock issues or other reasons), you’ll be notified and refunded (If pre-paid order) in full within 5–7 business days from where the transaction initiate.

 

Return Policy

Our return and exchange policy ensures peace of mind for customers who receive damaged, incorrect, or defective items.

Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted for products that are:

1. Received damaged,

2. Different from the ordered product, or

3. Defective (under warranty conditions).

Requests must be made within the return window described below and follow the same proof and inspection process as warranty claims.

Return Window

Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Products reported after this period may only be serviced under the standard warranty, not eligible for direct return or refund.

Return Process

1. Contact Customer Care via WhatsApp or email.

2. Provide your invoice, a clear video of the sealed or defective item, and a brief description of the issue.

3. Once verified, you’ll receive a return message from our WhatsApp team with return instructions.

4. Pack the item securely (preferably in its original packaging) and ship as directed. (will guided by team through WhatsApp)

Inspection & Approval

Upon receiving your item:

1. Our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection.

2. Approved returns will result in either a replacement or a refund (depend on condition).

3. Rejected returns (e.g., used or damaged items) will be returned to you at your expense.

 

Refund Policy

We process refunds quickly and transparently, ensuring customers receive approved refunds through their original payment method.

Refund Process

1. Refunds are processed promptly — typically within 5–7 business days after approval.

2. Refunds are credited to the original payment method (bank, card, or UPI).

3. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

Refund Conditions

Refunds cover only the product cost (excluding original shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item). Refunds are initiated only after product inspection and approval.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded.

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

1. Spare parts and accessories (all sales final).

2. Products marked Non-Returnable on their product page.

3. Consumables, perishable items, or digital goods (e.g., gift cards, software).
Defective spare parts may be eligible for warranty repair, if applicable.
